My goal as a teacher is to cater to each student’s specific goals and needs, as everyone has different abilities and motivations for studying music. Learning music is hard work, but I want it to be as fun as possible. As soon as my students are able, I encourage them to play songs they love. I can also teach music theory and songwriting, as well as lead sheets and chord charts. My students have ranged from age 4 to 80.
